The Cohasset Center for Student Coastal Research is a newly founded nonprofit organization with a central mission to educate students and young adults in the environmental sciences. We are planning a wide range of educational programs to actively educate and involve student candidates in local environmental projects.



Directions to Center for Student Coastal Research:



From Boston:
Take 93 South to Route 3 South to Exit 14, Route 228, (Hull, Nantasket,Rockland), at the bottom of the ramp go left.

Follow 228 North to junction of 228 & Route 3A (appx. 7 miles) . Go straight through the lights when 228 crosses 3A.
At the next intersection (app. 1/4 mile) bear right following arrow into Cohasset, stay on No. Main St., going through the village (app. 2 3/4 miles) until you reach the blinking yellow light at Summer Street (St. Anthony's Catholic church is on your left).
Take a right at the stop sign at the end of Summer Street. Keeping the harbor on your left, pass the Atlantica
Restaurant about 150 yards on your left. Continue over the Border Street Bridge for another 200 yards, make your
first left onto Parker Avenue. Continue to the end of Parker Avenue, CSCR is the last building on the left, #40
Parker Avenue and it is painted yellow.


From the Cape:
Take Rte. 3 North to Exit 14, Route 228 (Hull, Nantasket, Rockland). Take a right at the bottom of the ramp onto 228 North. Follow directions above once you are on route 228 north.
From Duxbury and other points south of Cohasset:
Take Route 3A North. When you see the sign for Cohasset continue 1/2 mile on Route 3A to a set of lights. There will be an Exxon station on the right.
Take a right at the lights onto Beechwood Street. At the end of Beechwood, take a left onto South Main Street (after appx. 1/2 mile) you will come to a blinking light on your left, and a Catholic Church on your right.
Take a right at the stop sign at the end of Summer Street. Keeping the harbor on your left, pass the Atlantica
Restaurant about 150 yards on your left. Continue over the Border Street Bridge for another 200 yards, make your
first left onto Parker Avenue. Continue to the end of Parker Avenue, CSCR is the last building on the left, #40
Parker Avenue and it is painted yellow.


From Brockton, Bridgewater, Rockland, Middleboro, Abington, Whitman:
Take Route 18 North to Route 123 East to Route 3A North. Follow directions above from points south.
From Braintree, Milton and Randolph:
Take Route 3 South to Exit 14, go left at the bottom of the ramp follow directions above from Boston.
From Weymouth, Quincy and Hingham:
Take Route 3A south, at the lights take a left onto Route 228 North. At the fork, bear right ( signs read Cohasset) Follow Main Street through the Village. At the second blinking light (Atlantica sign on the right Catholic Church on the left).
Take a right at the stop sign at the end of Summer Street. Keeping the harbor on your left, pass the Atlantica
Restaurant about 150 yards on your left. Continue over the Border Street Bridge for another 200 yards, make your

From Wellesley, Natick, Needham, Framingham, Waltham, Concord, Arlington and Watertown:
Take 1-95 South to Route 128 East to Route 3 South, get off Exit 14 , go left at the bottom of the ramp onto Route 228 North. Follow directions above from Boston.
